Products and prices

Prices are in CFA francs (FCFA), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs shown before you confirm your order. The euro amounts shown next to prices are indicative (the CFA franc has a fixed rate to the euro). Photographs are as faithful as possible; slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen.

Orders and payment

Payment is made by Mobile Money in Côte d’Ivoire (Wave, Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money). Outside Côte d’Ivoire, place your order with “Order now, pay on confirmation”: we contact you within 24 hours to confirm shipping and the payment options available in your country. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, then goes into production. Cash on delivery is not available: orders are paid before they are made.

Shipping

Every piece is made to order in Abidjan: allow 7 to 15 days between payment confirmation and dispatch, then the shipping time for your destination. For bulk orders, we confirm a lead time based on the quantity.

  • Abidjan — 2,000 FCFA
  • Côte d’Ivoire, outside Abidjan — 5,000 FCFA
  • International (West Africa, Europe, Americas and beyond) — 45,000 FCFA (≈ €69), plus 5 to 12 working days in transit. We confirm the exact cost for your country before you pay.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted only for a faulty item or a mistake on our part. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or a sizing error, so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering, or ask us on WhatsApp.

Any return must be reported within 48 hours of delivery , on WhatsApp at +225 07 99 37 16 65 or by e-mail at Maisonnayra1@gmail.com, with your order number and photos of the item.
